What is snail mail?
Snail mail is good old-fashioned, physical post, the kind that arrives in your mailbox, not your inbox. It’s slow, tactile, and personal, which makes it feel extra special in a world where everything else is instant. It’s something you can touch, keep, and come back to.
What is Maybe Mail Club?
Maybe Mail Club is a monthly snail mail subscription where I design, create, and send out art-filled mail to the club members! Each envelope includes a heartfelt letter, an art print, a sticker, and other little paper surprises, all made with love and care. Each month has a different theme and design, and you get to see the behind-the-scenes of that on my socials!
When do envelopes get shipped?
I ship all envelopes at the end of each month. That means that if you join during a given month, your mail will be included in that month's shipment!
How long will my mail take to arrive?
To keep costs low, I post everything as letters without tracking, just like sending a letter to a friend.
- Australia: usually arrives between 1 - 2 weeks.
- International: can take 3–4 weeks depending on your country’s postal service.
The beauty of snail mail is in the anticipation, it's a slow, analog journey that makes receiving it even more special!
What if my mail doesn’t arrive?
If your envelope hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks, please reach out to me and we'll get you sorted!
What’s the difference between digital and physical memberships?
If you join Maybe Mail - Digital, you’ll receive a beautifully designed digital version of that month’s collection straight to your inbox — perfect if you prefer paperless mail or want to print at home.
If you join Maybe Mail Club and Maybe Mail - Deluxe, your envelope will be mailed physically to you, anywhere in the world! It’s the full tactile experience: opening your letterbox to find art made just for you.
Can I buy past months’ collections?
Each month’s designs are exclusive to our club members, but occasionally I’ll release leftovers of past months on my website. Keep an eye on my TikTok or Instagram or updates for when they become available!
How do I update my address or payment details?
After purchasing your plan, you would have received an email from Babita Art to manage your subscription. Just head to that link and enter your new shipping details! If you can't find the page, feel free to contact me and I'll help you out.
Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely! Maybe Mail makes the sweetest gift for art lovers, stationery collectors, or anyone who loves receiving mail. You can either sign up using their name and address, or contact me to help set up a surprise delivery.
How do I cancel my subscription?
After purchasing your plan, you would have received an email from Babita Art to manage your subscription. You'll be able to cancel in your settings. If you can't find the page, feel free to contact me and I'll help you out!
