After I ship the orders
Since I ship your orders on the last day of each month, you will likely receive your envelope:
1 - 2 weeks into the next month for Australian members
3 - 4 weeks into the next month for international members

What is Maybe Mail?
Maybe Mail Club is a monthly snail mail subscription where I design, create, and send out art-filled mail to the club members! Each envelope includes a heartfelt letter, an art print, a sticker, and an extra art goodie, all made with love and care. Each month has a different theme and design, and you get to see the behind-the-scenes of that on my socials!
When do the envelopes get shipped?
I ship all envelopes at the end of each month. That means that if you join during a given month, your mail will be included in that month's shipment!
For example: a member purchased on the 19th of January and therefore their order was added to the January batch, which shipped on the 31st of January.
How long will my mail take to arrive?
To keep costs low, I post everything as letters without tracking, just like sending a letter to a friend.
Australia: usually arrives between 1 - 2 weeks.
International: usually arrives between 3 - 4 weeks, depending on your country’s postal service.
The beauty of snail mail is in the anticipation, it's a slow, analogue journey that makes receiving it even more special!
What is my mail doesn't arrive?
If your envelope hasn’t arrived after 4 - 5 weeks, please reach out to me and we can look into it together!
From there, I can either offer you a full refund or send you a replacement letter.
What’s the difference between the digital and physical memberships?
If you join Maybe Mail - Digital, you’ll receive a beautifully designed digital version of that month’s collection straight to your inbox — perfect if you prefer paperless mail or want to print at home.
If you join Maybe Mail - The Club Favourite, your envelope will be mailed physically to you, anywhere in the world! It’s the full tactile experience: opening your letterbox to find art made just for you.
And if you join Maybe Mail Deluxe, you get the best of both worlds! Digital and physical.
Can I buy a past months' collection?
Each month’s designs are exclusive to our club members, but occasionally I’ll release leftovers of past months on my website. Keep an eye on my TikTok or Instagram or updates for when they become available!
How do I update my shipping address or payment details?
After purchasing your plan, you would have received an email from Babita Art to manage your subscription. Just head to that link and enter your new shipping details! If you can't find the page, feel free to contact me and I'll help you out.
Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely! Maybe Mail makes the sweetest gift for art lovers, stationery collectors, or anyone who loves receiving mail. All you have to do is write THEIR name and address when filling out the shipping information.
How do I cancel my membership?
After purchasing your plan, you would have received an email from Babita Art to manage your subscription. You'll be able to cancel in your settings. If you can't find the page, feel free to contact me and I'll help you out!
